Return Policy
Custom Furniture Returns
Since all our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We work closely with you during the design and ordering process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will:
- Arrange for inspection of the product
- Provide repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate
- Cover all return shipping costs
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Take photos of the damage and packaging
- Keep all original packaging materials
We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if you contact us before production begins, we may be able to modify your order. Once production has started, changes may incur additional fees.
Warranty
All custom furniture comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural issues. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Modifications made by the customer
- Damage from improper assembly or installation
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be for the product cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
